DORSET HOUSE

Dorset House is a new build development on the site of an old laundry in Harrow Road, north-west London. The project consists of 9 new flats for rent and 3 business units. The building is designed around a courtyard, with all flats facing into the courtyard or to the mews at the rear. The frontage to Harrow Road was rebuilt to match the existing building as closely as possible for planning reasons and has two large top floor flats facing away from the road with large south facing terraces.

There is a rainwater attenuation tank under permeable paving in the courtyard as part of a SuDS system.
