The site for this project was a disused furniture depository in Queens Park.
The project involved obtaining a change of use for the site, followed by planning permission for a phased development involving the refurbishment of the original warehouse buildings and the demolition of the later 20th century industrial sheds.
Planning permission was then granted for new office buildings to replace the sheds.
The resulting project produced a mixture of facilities ranging from start-up units to larger office suites and then entire buildings for occupancy by single users.
The project introduced a daily influx of new workers to the Queens Park area that in time helped regenerate Salusbury Road and Queens Park local centre, supporting shops cafes bars and other local facilities.
