QUADRANT BUSINESS CENTRE

The site for this project was a disused furniture depository in Queens Park.

The project involved obtaining a change of use for the site, followed by planning permission for a phased development involving the refurbishment of the original warehouse buildings and the demolition of the later 20^th century industrial sheds.

Planning permission was then granted for new office buildings to replace the sheds.

The resulting project produced a mixture of facilities ranging from start-up units to larger office suites and then entire buildings for occupancy by single users.

The project introduced a daily influx of new workers to the Queens Park area that in time helped regenerate Salusbury Road and Queens Park local centre, supporting shops cafes bars and other local facilities.
